Missing School Life

Hay guys,

I went to UST kanina to get my books that I lent to a lower batch. Hay grabe! When I arrived there, it's already lunch time and there are SOOO many students walking everywhere! As in! Greater than last year! Halos wala na ngang malakaran sa mga side walk at inextend na nga ng konti sa mga road natin...

Sobrang dami na ring changes sa campus, the former parking lot across the so old main building is halfway done, full of bricks, it seems na ginawang catwalk na rin. And the former Colayco Park, also the same: partly covered with different shades of bricks and it was said that a fountain with a sculpture, like the one near the Arc of Centuries will be placed there and the student affairs office across the library is almost done...

According to my friend, the professors in our college are having lots of emergency meetings here and there related to the leakage issue during our board exams! Even they are very alarmed because there are also allegedly other review centers which are involved in the leakage issue and they filed a petition for investigation regarding this matter.

I finally got my alumni card, with matching picture yun. Its 150 pesos. They're the ones who'll take the pictures to be printed at a card like of our former ID but without the chip in it. Grabe ha! Sabog ako sa picture! Ang init kasi e! This is mine...When I got it, this is really it! I'm an official ALUMNI and a student no more. Grabe, I missed school as in... I missed our professors and the stuff we're doing so class and duty. I missed Sir Hibek, Sr. Vinoya, Ma'am Manansala, Ma'am Arenas, Ma'am Llanes, Ma'am Buenaflor. I even missed Doctor Guiang e! and the other professors we're under. I even missed the smell of the hospital and wearing an all white uniform, a cap, establishing rapport with the clients and doing stuff, I missed Ma'am Lasala who locks the student room during duty, doing morning care, doing bedmaking and stretching of sheets in Ma'am Tionko's time, the Spanish sardines snacks with Ma'am Llanes and A LOT of NGT feedings in San Vicente Ward!!!

WHA! Hay! I really missed being a student. Even my RAS is still used to walking up 530 in the morning for a 7 am class! I missed it all! Gosh, I MISSED SCHOOL!
