yahoo!!! panalo UST.. go Tigers!! d ako nakanuod ng game 3 sa araneta pero nanuod ako sa bahay at nagtatalon ako.. hehehe ansaya nung game.. at nanuod din pala kmi sa araneta nung game2 wid tina, flor, chnz.. walang kwenta admu nun, tambak sila..hehe

hay! yang si milenyo ba!! kaasar sya.. hehe galing akong work nung bumagyo.. grabe nagssway-sway na ung bldg nmin as in nakakahilo pero d nman nkakatakot.. anlaks nung hangin.. nung magelevator kmi humihintohinto ung elevator, my kasama kming tanga na nung ngstop ung elevator sa isang floor nang bumababa sya natalisod sya ksi d nkapantay ung elevator sa floor.. whahaaha nakakatawa tlaga un..

tpos, wala kmi magawa ngpicnic kmi sa rob pioneer.. as in that time wala n tlaga kmi pera ksi the next day sweldo ubos2 na ung pera ng mga tao kaya para kming pulubi na kumain sa isang side ng pioneer sa my salamin kung saan nanuod kmi ng mga lumulipad na yero gling sa katabing bldg na gnagawa plng.. wahaha

The Golden Rule

"Do unto others what you want others do unto you; Do not do unto others what you do not want others do unto you" -the golden rule

I would like to first quote this and relate it to what happened to me in the hospital. Well you all know that I had to undergo laparoscopic cholecystectomy or for those who aren't in the medical field who might read this, it's the procedure wherein surgeons would put for holes in my tummy and put some instruments thru it to remove my gallbladder filled with stones! Well anyway, the procedure went good but after that was kind of a terrible experience for me hehe...(damn masochist still laughs even in pain). Imagine lying on your back from 12 noon till 4 am the next day...haha supine for 16 hours damn the pain I felt. Nevermind the various injections I had to undergo coz they were disregarded in terms of pain. What I felt first when I was back to my consciousness was a feeling of shock and feeling of suffocation. Well I wasnt scared that, much all I needed was someone to talk to during my time in the recovery room just to keep my sanity haha...Well by the time I was going to be transferred to my room, I was quite feeling the pain in my stomach but not that much unlike what I felt when I woke up at 4 am the next day!

When I woke up at 4 am oh damn I feel like shit!!! My body was aching all over especially my shoulders! My abdomen also hurt like hell, as if I had done a thousand crunches in one sitting and no sort of getting there by a period of time! I cant even move my body that much and the worst was my butt was also hurting so much I thought that I would have pressure ulcers that time! And so I told Ate Bhen to call the nurse and give me some pain reliever. I was also thinking that the nurse would do some other nonpharma painrelieving techniques but what do you know, the nurse just told me I was already in a Tramadol drip and she went away not even talking nor asking what she can do for me to relieve my pain! Oh well that's how it went. The next time I woke up, I felt a sharp pain in my other head haha...well you people know what it is! I said it must be the catheter and thought oh its normal! but lo and behold what I saw was that there was no slack put so that there is free movement! And so everytime I moved my leg the poor other head would hurt because the catheter was attached to my leg quite "tightly" I would say and thus didnt permit any movement at all. With the sight of this I was mad because we all studied and know that we should put a slack in catheters especially for males so that there is freedom of movement and to lessen pain. Well I dont know who put that to me and taped it directly to my leg, damn people! I just hope that not everyone there is like that! Well, with this experience I could say that I learned so much that I can and should be a better nurse providing my patients with all the comfort measures I could muster hehe...so that I could lessen their pain and so enjoy their hospital experience!

I now have some words of wisdom to impart to everyone- (haha... feeling)

I would write a song about this experience in the near future...of course in a metal way!!!!

anyways nashare ko na ito dati kay ekai at kay flor e.. about the website (at alam na nga pala ni tupe) that ive been contributing to. (tama ba yung grammar nun?!) malapit na sya irelease, next month na.. kapag narelease na magmembers din kayo ah! (promotion) i mean ako i dont get paid pero masarap naman gumawa kasi d website is about music. hehehe! tska its a nice hobby--pra sa mga rehabilitated addict jan!

eto pa isang raket: trip nyo bang gumawa ng pocketbook? ung manipis lang.. yung tipong "ang pagdadalamhati ni flor" hehehe! wla ako maisip na title! 100 pages, double spaced, in tagalog.. 5k ang talent fee.. wla lang! kung interested kayo paramdam lang kayo!
